Vivo Y300c Launched in China with 5G, 6500mAh Battery, and AMOLED Display

Vivo has expanded its Y-series lineup in China with the launch of the Vivo Y300c, a 5G-enabled smartphone that strikes a solid balance between performance and efficiency in the mid-range segment.

The device boasts a 6.77-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, offering vibrant colors and smoother visuals with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1800 nits peak brightness, making it ideal for outdoor usage.

Under the hood, the Y300c is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6000 300 chipset, coupled with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone is backed with 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM, which can be virtually expanded by another 12GB, along with UFS 2.2 storage options of 256GB or 512GB, ensuring swift multitasking and app performance.

In the camera department, the device sports a dual rear setup, consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there’s an 8MP punch-hole camera for selfies and video calls.

One of its key highlights is the massive 6500mAh battery, supported by 44W fast charging, promising extended screen time without frequent recharges. It runs on Android 15 with OriginOS 5 on top.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP64 dust and splash resistance, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-SIM 5G, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

The Vivo Y300c is available in Diamond Black, Green Pine, and Snow-White color options. Pricing in China starts at CNY 1,399 for the 12GB + 256GB model and CNY 1,599 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
